THE COLLECTION is inspired by the rich heritage of Fumagalli 1891, drawn from its extensive historical archive of materials, fabrics, and books from around the world. This legacy, now a Museum and Textile Library, provided the illustrations and texts for the project. Each scarf features a vivid vintage image, narrating cultural journeys with charm and precision, accompanied by a framed description and a fabric label displaying the archival number and year of creation. These details make each piece unique, authentic, and deeply connected to tradition.
